Babalu Blog put up a couple of great posts on Rubio here and here. They've also posted this video of his remarks on 5/23/08 to the Cuban American National Foundation. Rubio's speech preceded that of Barack Obama who spoke to justify his desire to engage in talks with the Castro brothers. Rubio's speech was a bigger hit than Obama's.
