The fact is that many of the Senate Republicans' top recruits are, in varying degrees, moderates: Charlie Crist in Florida, Rob Simmons in Connecticut, Mark Kirk in Illinois, Kelly Ayotte in New Hampshire, and they are still hoping for Michael Castle in Delaware.
