NH Mayor and GOP candidate Fred Guinta will hold a townhall in NH in the absence of the state's Democratic incumbent.
Following on a similar move by Arizona's Jesse Kelly, this represents a growing trend for local Republicans to take decisive action to reach out to constituencies being neglected and misserved by their Democratic incumbents. It would be great to see this level of initiative from the RNC.
It would be great to have Penelope Cruz show up at my door in a Hooters outfit with a pitcher of beer and a basket of wings, too, but I ain't holding my breath for that either.

ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI follow your blog and know you post about up and coming conservatives and that Marco Rubio is one of them. I didn't know how to e-mail you, so I am sending you the article National Review did on him in case you hadn't seen it yet in this comment (hope that's OK). I did a post on it, and thought maybe you would want to read it. Here's the link: http://tclblogger.blogspot.com/2009/08/national-review-rubio-rising-florida.html
